International media outlets report that Canada is going to open its embassy in Yerevan and prior to this event, the Canadian top diplomat Mélanie Joly met with Armenia Community in Montreal. At the meeting, she uttered the names of toponyms such as “artsakh,” “nagorno Karabakh,” and so on which Armenian separatists use against Azerbaijan. The usage of separatist wording by Melanie Joly caused protests in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani communities throughout the world.
