On Sept 12, a truck from the Russian Red Cross entered Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region to provide the first humanitarian delivery since June, according to a tweet from the Acting Assistant Secretary for the State Department European and Eurasian Affairs, Yuri Kim, APA reports.
“Important first step. Now it’s time to open – immediately and simultaneously – both Lachin and Aghdam routes for the ICRC to end the suffering in Karabakh and open the path to sustained political dialogue,” she noted.
