The term of arrest against Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Araik Harutyunyan, who were the “presidents” of the so-called separatist regime in Garabagh, former “minister of foreign affairs” David Babayan, as well as “parliament speaker” David Ishkhanyan, generals Lyova Mnatsakanyan, David Manukyan, has been extended, Binagadi District Court of Baku City issued a decision, APA reports.

According to the decision, the term of Vardanyan’s detention was extended for another four months.

Note that a total of 15 members of the separatist regime were brought to justice in the criminal case conducted by the Investigative Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office. In different years, the General Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case against those persons and issued an international search. After last year’s anti-terrorist measures, those persons were arrested and brought to Baku and handed over for investigation.

Recall that Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Araik Harutyunyan, who were the “presidents” of the so-called separatist regime in Garabagh, former “minister of foreign affairs” David Babayan, as well as “parliament speaker” David Ishkhanyan, generals Lyova Mnatsakanyan, David Manukyan were detained and brought to Baku by Law enforcement agencies of Azerbaijan.

They are accused of crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, terrorism, terrorist financing, murder, creating an illegal armed association, and other criminal acts.

The term of arrest against Ruben Vardanya was extended by 4 months by the Sabail District Court a few days ago.
