“Responding to our appeal, the Armenian side noted that the Republic of Armenia currently have no civilians or military personnel captured during the first or second Garabagh war,”Ismayil Akhundov, chief of the Working Group of the State Commission on Prisoners and Missing Citizens told a briefing on missing persons, APA reports.
“We don’t claim that this information is true. This is just the answer from the other side,” he said.
